  • Yobics 15 minute fitness routine.  A combination of 10 minutes of hatha yoga and 5 minutes of low impact aerobics.  Good for beginners, low impact movements
  • Yobics 15 minute fitness routine.  A combination of 5 minutes of hatha yoga and 10 minutes of mediun impact aerobics.  Good for intermediate, medium impact movements

Yobics Chair Fitness
For seniors and those that use wheelchairs, scotters, walkers, canes and those that are disabled,
has special needs, autism or anyone who can not stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Yobics 30 minute chair fitness:  Low impact, good for losing weight and toning and firming muscles
  • Yobics 45 minute chair fitness:  Medium impact, good for losing weight and toning and firming muscles
  • Yobics 60 minute chair strength training:  High impact, good for defining, toning, firming and strengthening muscles.

Yoga
  • Yobics 45 minute Hatha yoga.  Hatha yoga is good for beginners and focuses for 45 minutes on breath work and slow and gentle movements.  Good for winding down in the evening or relieving stress.
  • Yobics 60 minute Hatha yoga.  Hatha yoga is good for beginners and focuses for 60 minutes on breath work and slow and gentle movements.  Good for winding down in the evening or relieving stress.
  • Yobics 45 minute Bikram yoga.  Bikram yoga has 26 poses and is practiced for 45 minutes in very high heat.  Good for focus of proper alignment and weight loss.
  • Yobics 60 minute Bikram yoga.  Bikram yoga has 26 poses and is practiced for 60 minutes in very high heat.  Good for focus of proper alignment and weight loss.
  • Yobics 45 minute Ashtanga yoga.  Ashtanga yoga, commonly called "Power Yoga"; constant movement and is physically demanding for 45 minutes.  Good for body sculpting and defining muscles; typically for athlete.
  • Yobics 60 minute Ashtanga yoga.  Ashtanga yoga, commonly called "Power Yoga"; constant movement and is physically demanding for 60 minutes.  Good for body sculpting and defining muscles; typically for athlete.

Yobics Dance Fitness
  • Yobics Dance Fitness 45 minute dance routine that you choose from Hip-Hop, Jazz, Latin, Caribbean and Step Dancing, with all the music that goes with that particular dance.
